CNBuilture Malleable Iron 90° Elbow – Grade 150 and Grade 300 Pipe Fittings

The malleable iron 90° elbow is a widely used cast pipe fitting whose core function is to change the flow direction of a fluid by 90 degrees. Designed to comply with ANSI/ASME and ASTM standards, this elbow is made of high-quality malleable iron, offering excellent tensile strength. The galvanised coating, with an average zinc thickness of up to 70μm, provides exceptional corrosion resistance. It offers excellent compatibility and reliable performance in industrial, commercial, and residential piping systems, particularly in harsh coastal environments such as those with salty, humid, and low-temperature conditions. It can also withstand long-term use, reducing pipe replacement costs.

Due to its high pressure-bearing capacity, it is primarily used in fire protection systems, water supply networks, HVAC systems, gas piping systems, and other industrial fluid pipelines.

Features:
High-quality chamfered corners for easy installation.
This elbow features ANSI threads, suitable for pipe installations requiring ANSI standards.
This product is mainly used in North America, South America, the Middle East, and parts of Southeast Asia.
